The Australian Roadhouse is an icon in itself, offering weary travellers a refreshing break from Australia's gargantuan deserted outback roads. Think of a roadhouse as being like a motor era coaching inn. It’s a staging post for travellers to get fuel, supplies, basic repairs and, if they need to, stay overnight.
