These memories are distinct because they involve conscious recollection of personally experienced events. They are not just facts but include vivid sensory details that I want to remember.

Here are road pictures, mainly in Argentina, some in Chile before I took a ferry from Punta Arenas to Porvenir and crossed the border into Argentina and drove to Ushuaia.
The Monument to the Heroes of Malvinas is located in the city of Río Grande, known as the “National Capital of Vigilance,” as it is the Argentine mainland city closest to the islands.
It was inaugurated on April 2, 1999, coinciding with the anniversary of the start of the conflict.
Every year, a vigil is held at this site to commemorate the fallen and veterans of the war.
